how to make java mobile app by using netneans

hi every one
I do the vb6 program . to connect microcontroller by using HXSP2108E converter(etheret)

now I went to make the mobile apps by netbeans .to connect the microcontroller
what's the name of the (netbeans library) that will be use in the program?
how to make connection by mobile's wifi with the access point of micro?
what's the code to be send data ?

please help me

First download Java ME SDK.
Install netbeans.
Java me sdk will be automatically integrated with netbeas. For developing Java ME applications you need to learn to use two libraries Midlet library and Lcdui library.
