how to make a layout of tunnel diode..?

can some one tell me about making the layout of tunnel diode which i have to use in my layout as a capacitor...
 

I'm not sure you can make a tunnel diode in the modern CMOS technology.
If you want to go ahead and try anyway, the best you can do is to put p++ and n++ in an overlap and check if you get tunnel diode I-V curve. Tell us what's the outcome.
