digital control engineering+book

Hi,

I want to study Control Engineering more, and my background is electronic engineer,
Do you have any suggestion or any good forum or material to me?
BTW, I am reading " Modern Control Engineering" , the 4th edtion, I found it it not good enough.
It introduces some ways to analyse but it has little "understanding" about the control system.

Any feedback is welcome!

Katsuhiko Ogata - Modern Control Engineering
I think this is one of the best books on control engineering.

how to learn engineering

Modern Control Engineering .I think it is not difficult to learn for you as an electronic engineer.

automatic control systems benjamin kuo free ebook

hi
start by learning the following book
modern control engineering by nise
its available on this site

best regards

As an Electronic Engineer you can learn Control Theory easily,It's based on good understanding of Laplace Transform.I suggest Control Systems Engineering by Norman Nise,it's a very useful book that you can read with pleasure.

best book for control engineering

Control theory is important, but if you are going to focus on application, then you need have knowledge about something like motor, sensor, plc, and spesific contorl object.

control engineering

When Control theory going to application, hardware knowledge is also needed.Control have to be performance on the electric equipment,as well as some MCU used in industrial control areas.

Try Automatic control systems By B.C .KUO.
It is the best book for beginners in controls.

It is available in the ebook section along with soultion maual.

could you please post the link to the ebook. I appreciate that, thanks.

learn control

both nise and ogata are similar in subjects but in differnt explaination so better try nise more simple than ogata

learn controls engineering

The reality is that the best way to learn control engineering since you already have a degree is to look for a job in the controls industry. You can read all the books you want and take all the courses you want but the best way to learn controls is by doing. You should look for a company with strong mentoring. You can use our site at plcmentor.com for automation training and mentoring via the forum, but it is best to be able to follow up by using what you have learned in the real world.

best university to learn control systems

if you want to learn control from the practical point of view (systems and components) then go ahead with this book "Modern Control Technology components" for kilian.
to know more about system design from the point of view of theoretical and mathematical modeling then go ahead with "Modern control engineering" for ogata.

nise control engineering lectures

Hi fellows !

One of the best books about the control theory is :

Dorf, Bishop : Modern Control System, 11th Ed.
Pearson Education, 2008
ISBN: 0132451921 .

Find it and read it .

Good luck!
