Hello,
I have made a schematic in Design entry CIS. This schematic contains connectors and modules. These modules are made from an other schematic. The pins on the connectors are swappable. Now I have ceated a netlist and imported the netlist in the Allegro PCB editor. Here I have performed an autoswap and exported the design back to Design entry CIS. Backannotated the schematic.
Result:
The pin order of my connectors are changed, same with the pin locations. (Example: pin1 has changed location with pin 6).

How can I prevent this pin order change, or how can I change it back.

Regards,
Bart.
