How to interface Vinculums's VDIP2 module with atmega16 µcontroller

I want to know that how to interface VDIP2 module(USB host controller) with AVR atmega16 µcontroller. In my project I want to implement a device for pen drive to pen drive data transfer without connecting to PC or laptop using atmega16 µcontroller. Please provide detail information on it and how to program VDIP2 module by µcontroller or by differently, if differently then how?
