how to interface sim900 with apr9600 or apr3a33

Connect APR IC speaker (sp-, sp+) output to SIM900 MIC input.

Do you mean sp+ to mic & sp- to ground?? because sim900 has only one port for mic & one for speaker.
I don't have the apr ICs yet. I would confirm the connections & appropriate working IC for sim900 & would then get one for my project.

APR9600 have a speaker pins directly connect to SIM900 mic input.

Ok. What about its programming? Do we always need to have a user to operate the switch for playing the file?
However, I have read in a site that APR9600 is no more available. Rather it is recommended to use APR33A3 IC. Do you know anything regarding APR33A3?
