How to interface digital wattmeter to pic microcontroller?

I want to take readings from digital watt meter and fed them in pic controller for some calculations.
plz tell me what kind of watt meter will be used and how it will be interfaced to controller.

You can use ADE7753 from ANALOG as a watt meter

The ADE7753 use SPI for connection with the micro controller

hi.....im using pic18f4520 to display voltage, current, power and temperature for my car in lcd 16x2 screen.

ive googled it and it doesnt help me that much.
do u have any links?
