hi.........
i want to use CAN protocol using PIC18F4550, after study on google i found that CAN protocol is performed by MCP2515. so i just want that is it possible to direct interfacing of CAN protocol with microcontroller or i have to use MCP2525 IC.
THank you

with regards,
Abhishek Dixit

Unfortunately there's no PIC18 exposing both internal CAN and USB interface. MCP2515 is the best option in this case.
