How to input time in PCF8583 RTC (slave) using PIC18F4520 Soft I2C (master)

Hi,

We are currently working with PCF8583 RTC. we use PIC18F4520's I2C as the master, having SCL and SDA at RC3 and RC4 respectively. the problem is that how can we input the correct time in the RTC so that it will count from the time we want it to start counting?
