I am using lpc1768 arm chip to generate PWM signal, but the ic supply voltage is 3.3v so the PWM amplitude is also 3.3v, how can i convert the 3.3v PWM signal to 5v PWM signal @ 20ma current rating to run stepper drive.

Hi raman00084
Use ICL7667 it will suit your aim as well .

yes but for this u need to use voltage shifter to shift 3.3 to 5v .

Hi,

74hct___ any non inverting circuit will do...

OR, AND, BUFFER....

Hope this helps

Hi embpic
Datasheet says it's minimum input voltage can be about 2 volt so it consider high So it can be used .
Of course there are infinite ways for this purpose . such as Optocouplers / Op amps / Transistors / Gates or .....
