Hi

I'm performing a transient analysis and i would like to include thermal noise (e.g. from sampling capacitors) in my circuit simulation, using cadence.
Anyone knows if it is possible?

thanks

You can do pnoise analysis (which you can generate individual transistors' thermal noise or 1/f) if you have noise model params in your model file

It is impossible for the cadence to do transient simulaiton including thermal noise. Some companys modified the cadence tool to do this simulation

in previous version of cadence you can generate thermal noise using transient noise enabling the same option in analog design environment tool for simulate of cadence. The version of cadence I'm using is 5.10.41
