HSPICE question!!!!!

could someone tell me how to improve the accuracy of DC(operating voltage)computation? Ex. more than four digit after decimal.
thanks!

help!!----------------HSPICE question!!!!!

Do you mean the simulation accuracy or the output precision? If you want to increase the number significant digits of printout data, you may use a option:
.option numdgt=7
If you want to increase the number of digit of measurement data, you may use:
.option measdgt=7

Re: HSPICE question!!!!!

In my opinion, "Ex. more than four digit after decimal" is not normally needed for DC(operating voltage) analysis.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
