I try the BYU website's method, (http://www.et.byu.edu/groups/ece451web/cadence-help/cadTOmat.html) but after simulation, it told me that the fprintf imcompatible with data...! any other good skills exist???

You can select some waveform and generate a table. Of course, ocean script is a more advanced function and you can almost do anything with it.
