How to import Digital Standard Cells into IC51 as DFII libraries?

I've got some digital standard cells, such as .lib, .lef, .gds2, .sdb. So how can I import these files into the IC51 as libraries? and more, I wanna how to define the Ref. library when we import the DEF file comes from SE into virtuso? Any help are best regarded.:-D

PS: I mean how to translate these files to correct format in ICFB library. Right now, i've got the layout from the GDS file, what's the relationship between these files with the ICFB library.
