How to implement FM modulation(direct) and demodulation using PLL in Matlab?

HI
can anybody tell me how to implement FM modulation(direct) and demodulation using PLL in Matlab specifically using SIMULINK? Basically what i need is a mathematical model and nothing using opamps or transistors.
Please Help Me..

u can use communication tab in simulink and FM.
MATLAB HELP is the best ref for MATLAB use.
