hi,
Im trying to design diode ring double balanced mixer by using ADS software using momentum . I need help that how to implement diode in the momentum ?
Is there any tutorial or examples about that ?

Momentum is a passive circuit simulator. You can simulate passive part of your circuit and then you should transfer your layout representation as a component with its s-parameters and you can connect your diodes/models/active devices to adequate ports..

can u send me a link that explain that ?

Okay , thanks I will try to do so ,however, I have seen some pepole having diode in the circit in their layout by using ADS >>>>>
cheers

Yes, of course. You can simulate the diode in the ADS nonlinear circuit simulator and combine it with the Momentum results.
If the Momentum model has a "layout look alike" symbol, it might look as if the diode is part of the EM model, but it is not. In Momentum, you just have a port.

You can do co-simulation... use the diode in schematic window and layout component of the design. simulate in schematic window and enjoy the results.
