how to modify ile file

I want to modify a cad*nce .ile skill file.
Of course, I don't have the .il one.
Any idea on how to read/modify .ile skill ?

not any way to modify
ile is compiler result
you do not reverse this program
 

There might be some ways to convert .ile into .il. You could search it.
