The datasheet says that the AT89C51 is shipped with either the high-voltage or low-voltage programming mode enabled. Can i identify the programming mode by reading the top side marking on IC? My ic has marked with the following code AT89c51 ,24PI ,0933A . What it means?

High or low voltage programming is not marked in top side. It have to be read from its internal location. Have you read Atmel's datasheet for AT89C51, page 6, "Programming the flash"??? It gave its signature bytes details which will tell you its characteristics.
