I make a galvanisation machine. I use 3 IC TCA785 to control phase for bridge rectifier 6 thyristors. I want halt the machine when overcurrent. The machine will be reset after turn off and adjust volume back to 0 position. could anyone help me the schematic?

the best solution is:
use one of Hall effect current sensor "LEM" to measure DC current in isolated.
place a low pass filter (RC) and compare it,then you can disable TCA785 in Inhabit pin or using a Integrator + comparator + Reset Relay to down Control Voltage of TCA785.
