Hello everyone,

I am desiging a PIFA antenna. Antenna is desgined as a ceramic antenna. It is placed on a PCB. Below is how the connection should be. I have 2 doubts.

1. How to give mechanical pads to a ground plane to provide mechanical support? If we just provide a copper pad, does it affect the expected performance?
2. How to give a single resistor and single inductor as shown below?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks and regards,
