How to get the sizing and constrains for bandgaps?

Hi All,

I gone through several Papers/thesis on Voltage reference. In the end they provide the device dimension. No one discussed any thing abt how they arrived at it.

I like to C an example on how 2 arrive at the sizing for these devices and the constrains on them
