how to get the node capacitance and resistance using spectre

I heard you got the node capacitance and resistance using
cadence spectre simulation. But I donot know which option.


Can anyone tell me .Thank you
 

First, you should using verification tool diva, dracula or calibre get the extracted file, and annoded the parisitic parameter. I know the cadence cdsdoc include some paper refer to it. you can read it
