Recently my computer downloaded an office update (not sure which) and now its claiming office isn't genuine.
We use Volume Licensing Keys that are most definitely genuine.
I've reinstalled Office and it has made no difference.
I'm running Office 2003.
How to get rid of this banner right at the top of the screen, just below the tool bar :?: :?: :?:

Maybe that volume licensing key was blacklisted due to a leak to the internet and general availability ....

Search for the key you use in google, if it finds nothing then contact MS directly. If you have everything legal there is no reason for that to happen (excluding bugs and similar problems).
