The X axis is time and the Y axis is VCO output frequency. How to get this type of figure using HSPICE?

It is impossible to install cscope in our service.
Does anybody know how to realize it with Hspice?

Hi leonken
I have had the same problem to simulate with SPICE a swiched cap filter...
I think you can only perform a trans simulation for evry value of input signal , then you measure the obtaned frequency of each value of the DC input signal
At the end you can draw (manually) the input output caracteristic of the VCO
Personnally I don't know an automatic method to draw such a curve.

Be patient and
Good luck

Does your hspice support veriloga?
If yes, write a veriloga file to display transient frequency.

hi
how to draw frequency verses control voltage in vco in hspice?please help

Hi,
Perform a transient simulation. Using the calculator apply the frequency function to the VCO output signal.
