For example, if 4 outputs are all 1.2V(130nm), so the output I want is number 15(1111), how can I get the value 15 in spectre?
Thanks!

Spectre is an analog simulator which only gives you real numbers. You need a digital simulator to get binary number output.

spectre+verilog
spectre+verilog-a

15 is decimal system, u must use verilog to transfer the signal to decimal system
