How to get a 0 instead of huge ratio when defining SYMs matrix

When i define an syms matrix and do multiplication i end up with huge numbers that i dont want
ex: 99998588874/9999858887499998588874 which is in fact a very small number and should be zero, how do i fix the problem and get a 0 instead of this huge ratio.
