how to generate reference voltage ?
if i have a Vref generated by PTAT,how to generate the reference voltage ?
if my Vref is 1.24V,and i need three reference voltage V1=1200mV,V2=900mV,V3=600mV(supply=1800mV),what should i do?
is there any advice or related papers?

You can use a potential divider to generate the different references from Vref.

Yes, just use a resistor divider. If the sum of PTAT and CTAT currents is zero-tempco at the 1.24v point, then every resistor tap below that is also zero-tempco.

It seems you will need to make a CTAT current - I think you are making VBG by using a diode + a resistor. Now that won't work because the drop across the resistor is not zero tempco.

you can use a buffer and then a resistor divider

use the resistor array.
