How to generate a Astro TDF File

Hi all,

I'm developing a padring for SoC. I have excel spreadsheet with pad names and coordinates, and I want to visualize it somehow. I need it just to analyze and optimize pads arrangement. So, I'm expecting to see the 2d picture or diagram with pads, listed in table.

Do anyone know if Astro could do this, or is there another appoach to visualize pads table ?
