there will be a 20 dip socket on the programmer, you just put your t2313 into it, then when you're done programming, just pull it out, and put it into what ever you're going to use it in. i suggest using a ic puller to pull it, but if you don't have one just pry it out slowly with something flat like an xacto. it's kind of hard to pull it out of the socket by hand and not bend the pins.
oh by the way there are 2 versions of the programmer. try to find the one that's a single sided pcb, and it's a single board. don't get the one that uses all the doogles.
