How to find the technology node (180nm or 120nm 0r 90nm etc...) of the standard cell library in IC Compiler?

thanks in advance.

Min. gate length of std. cells usually is identical to the "technology node".

Where can i find the gate length of a particular standard cell in my library?
Do we have any command to know the gate length of cell?

Are the process and technology nodes equal or different?

Go to the Schematic and enter the min length.
You will find the Technology node.

Process node and Technology node mean the same.

But in Few companies, process node is described as for different libraries as per their convention.
