Hi,

i am new to analog design. can any one suggest how to calculate the input slew rate of a flip flop?
ck=0.001258pf,
d=0.001248pf,
rd=0.00274pf,
sd= 0.002465pf and v=1.2v and t=25c.

is there any book for analog design?

Thank you in advance

If you are talking about the minimum input slew rate for proper operating of the flip flop then you need to do an analysis of the propagation delay through the various stages to insure that there are no race conditions that can cause malfunction of its operation.

From what is given, it appears that the homework assignment
is to calculate the signal slew rate based on input load and
driver attributes. Solve I=CdV/dt for dV/dt, like. Only "I" is
not declared, and analytically messy in transient domain.
