i dont want to calibrate pc clock

i want to find how accurate clock which i am giving to pc

Measuring 500 Hz to within 0.001 Hz requires an accuracy of 2 ppm (2E-6).
The various oscillators in a computer generally have much poorer accuracy than that.
You need a better instrument.
