How to find "do" file in modelsim(using VHDL code)

You run the simulation and after you have added all the signals in the wave window you click the save button (while wave is focused).
This way you save the current setup of signals and the next time you run the simulation for that code you can file->load the .do file
and all the signals, cursors etc. will be restored as they were when the .do was saved.
