help in ie3d

hi jian,

i need to find cross talk between two interconnect structures. for interconnect i have taken stacked grounded coplanar waveguide.
how to find cross talk in IE3D and how to define geometry for that.

can you create me a geometry for both gcpw and sgcpw to find crosstalk.

Re: help in ie3d

Hi, Ramani: I have answered the question in the other thread, you need to build a coupled TLN structure and define 4-ports on them. After simulation, MODUA is invoked to display the s-parameters. Select Process->LC-Equivalent or Pi-Network Equivalent and you will be able to find the L and C values for it. Modifying the gcpw structure for it should be simple. You just select all the polygons and copy and paste it to create a structure with 2 coupled GCPW with 4-ports. Regards.
