How to estimate the offset of the preamplifer in folding ADC?

hello guys!
I want to Design a folding and intepolating ADC. In circuit design, the input offset voltage of the preamplifer effect the output data of ADC. I want to know the relation of the offset and the precision of ADC or . The preamplifier is aplied before the folders.
