how to enhance the gain of opamp?
 

Opamp design

can any body help please..just gimme a basic circuit..i will build it from there..its urgent..

From the specifications it seems not that difficult. I think you can start with a two stage opamp with miller Capacitor compensation technique. Refer to any analog design book. You will get the basic design.
