How to enable VSDE and APTIVIA in CIW ?

Does anyone know how to enable "VSdE"
or "Aptivia" in CIW-> Tools.

Please let me know.

What are VdSE and Aptivia ?
What they do?

Chck your license, If you have proper license then Aptivia /VSdE should be enabled automatically...

According to my knowledge, there should not beany user specific environment setting apart from just licensing ..
