How to enable Internel pull up resister for P18F452 at RC3 pin to operate PCF8593P

I am trying to program P18F452 interface with PCF8593P clock connecting RC4 to SDA(with 10K pull up External resister) and RC3 to SCL (With no External resister)

I am having a hard time to figure out what function would be proper to use I2C internal resister at RC3 pin...

Please Help me through it.........................
 

Does the datasheet mention that there is internal pull-up for I2C pins on PORTC? If yes, is the pull-up register is WPUC? If yes, then configure it.
