free digital library encounter
Hello everyone
Can any one say how could I download any digital standard cell library.
I tried forfreelibrary.faraday-tech.com and www.artisan.com.
they sare saying my mail ID is not valid. I used my college mail id.
Can I know what is the procedure I could do it.
Is gpdk library orTSMC180rf or UMC 180nm mixed mode libraries can be used for digital process ; i.e for tools like RTL compiler, SOC encounter.
