Hello,

How to do using the MatLab tools to Simulate Delta-Sigma SNR performance?

If Delta-Sigma spec fllow :

1.Cascade 2-1 Delta-Sigma ADC

2.Supply=3.3v
OSR=64
Maximum Input Signal= 1V peak-peak
input signal bandwidth= 500KHz~5MEGHz
Sampling rate= 200MEGHz
Dynamic Range= 90dB
SNR= 75dB

For OTA Design, How many unity-gain bandwidth and pahse margin to satisfy above the Delta-Sigma spec. ?

Have any reference document design guide help to understand detail theory?

Thanks.

Hey man your spec looks bit unrealistic.Huge input bandwidth. high osr. what process are you designing your ADC. from 3.3 volt kind of voltage its looks like .18u for this technology your spec looks like out of range.

Sorry,

input signal bandwidth= 500KHz~1.5MEGHz

For TSMC 0.35um technology .

you sample rate is so high, it is hard to design OP to satisfy the setting time, especilly in 0.35u technology!

I agree with carlyou.
Go there to download some wonderful me material you want.

75dB SNR with sampling at 200Mhz in 0.35u is impossible. Or, if it is possible, you should be a very good designer to do it.

But 0.18u or 0.13u process, the 3.3v process is 0.35u too.

by the way, the max freq is 1.5MHz,while OSR is 64, so the sampling freq is about 100MHz

it looks like wrong, the sampling freq is 192MHz,1.5*2*64
