How to do pz analysis with differential input?
I do not how to tell cadence about this differential input in the analysis editor.

The proper way is to use ideal_balun element.
In your particular Tb, v2 seems to be a right source to be stated in analysis setup, as e0 is dependent to v2.

I just tried to give v2 some AC value (1) and got this result.
