Hi, all

I am wondering that how to do the current gain simulation in spectre, andbody can give me a sketch map to show the simulation configuration?

Thx in advance!

Using calculator (I_out_pin)/(I_in_pin).
The rest of thinngs is just setup input and output conditions properly. But it depends on your application.
Beta for bipolar transistor is current_gain also. Do you have any problem to simulate that?

What I indeed want to do is to simulate the AC response of a current mirror, and for this condition, you sure that the calculator method can work?

Added after 1 minutes:

And how to add the source and load for the current mirror if I want to get the AC response,
Thx again!

Yes, of course calculator can do.
You need to add a AC=1 current source at the input and monitor the output current.

Added after 1 minutes:

Use "if" and "db20" function in calculate.
