Telephone line Bridge

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to do a phone line bridge for conference 2 phone line.
-Is there anyone seeing the circuit somewhere on the nest?
-Can anyone give me some idea on how to implement this? Analog is prefer? Digital probably ok, if no programming.
