i need idea to do a simple PCB holder???

PCB holder

Do you want to hold the board while soldering or while the board is in use?

For soldering you could bend a rectangular frame from some aluminium angle-bars, add a foam pad with MDF board backing to hold it in place and support it on a bookholder, or add some riveted feet to one edge to hold it comfortably inclined on the working table.
