Hi all... I just started learning Assembly language for PIC microcontrollers. I've executed few programs by myself, but i couldn't able to display a string on a 16x2 LCD display. Can anyone help me out of this.

What PIC model are you using?

Here's a project interfacing a PIC with a LCD using Assembly Language:

PIC Microcontroler LCD Display IO routines

These links should get you started in the right direction.
