How to determine tangential E field in CST?

Dear friends
I work wit CST. I need to know how can we determine tangential E field (or H).specially the value of that.

You need to put a monitor for a defined frequency. You choose E field, H or current,...

to obtain surface impedance Z=E/H, I need the value of H and E only on surface (not field patern)
