how to determine how fast the mosfet reacts on driver...for example...the output current of the driver is 500mA..how much time does it take to charge the gate of capacitor....
 

I think you should know to what accuracy you want to charge the capacitor. I might be wrong.
depending on that you need to see how many RC time constants are required to find out
the time required.
