Hi all,
I begin to design analog circuit. But I don't know how we can design with Bsim3 model. If we design with Mosfet level1, we can't use this result again when you simulate the circuit with Bsim3 model. But Bsim3 model is very comlex, we can't design with it directly. So can anyone show me a way to design analog circuit that we can use theory equations (theory equation derive when we use level1) and we can use this result to simulate with bsim3 model (with small error, <10%) ?
