Are you working at a system level (putting together a wimax system) or at the board level (designing a wimax board) or a the chip level (designing a wimax ASIC)? I would hazard a guess that you're at the board level? I think you need to provide more details if anyone's going to be able to help.

i want to design wimax by using microcontroller which is coded on matlab or c. can u help me for this.

My WiMax knowledge is more on the system side rather than the board design side. I haven't looked at any solutions myself.

Your best bet is to start with an evaluation/starter board. For example, I found the following doing a quick search online:
