basically, chopper-stablized opamp is used for offset and noise minimization. But How to design the different stages of the opamp, including CMFB, how to design the MOS switches, including the distortion minimization, and how to define the chopper frequency? Is there any recent paper or books to be referred?
Chopper amplifier is still widely used in nowdays, even though you have all the fancy ADC and DSP algorithm to deal with offset and 1/f noise. Check the instrumentation amplifier design guidelines from ADI and you may find some answers there.
I am just curious to know what are the techniques the industry uses nowadays if not chopper stablization and autozeroing techniques. Laser trimming to reduce the offset?
